Mental healing attunements aim to assist in the healing and clearing of negative energies associated with the mental body. The mental body is a broad system that primarily consists of an auric layer and also chakras, meridians etc that may impact mental energies. Mental healing attunements may focus on specific mental body-related energies or in a general sense. I recommend the Mental Maintenance Attunement to maintain an energetically balanced mental body.

No attunement is in any way meant to replace medical or psychological diagnoses and care. If you are unwell or suspect you may be unwell, especially if you feel mentally overwhelmed, you must first seek appropriate medical care before considering any attunements. When mental states are referenced, they are not extremes that are up and down or overwhelming but are what you can expect when you are balanced in normal daily situations.
