Where does Blissful Light provide products and services?
Blissful Light only offers services and products through this website, blissfullight.com. We do not provide products or services through other websites or online marketplaces.
Checkout And Pay In Your Local Currency
You can checkout and make payment in your local currency.
The following local currencies are supported:
GBP, USD, INR, EUR, CAD, AUD, CNY, HKD, SGD, AED, BGN, BRL, CHF, DKK, EGP, HRK, IDR, ILS, INR, JPY, KRW, MUR, MXN, MYR, NOK, NZD, PEN, PHP, PKR, PLN, QAR, RON, RSD, SAR, SEK, THB, TRY, TWD, VND, ZAR.
If your local currency is not currently supported, you will view product prices, checkout and pay in British Pounds (GBP).
How can I pay for my purchase?
You can use the following secure ways to pay for your purchase:
Paypal – both your Paypal account and also by credit card via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to do this).
Shopify Payments – you can pay using your credit card, debit card, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay using Shopify Payments powered by Stripe, a well respected and secure payment gateway.
Payment options may vary depending on your country.
None of the payment options are recorded and stored on this website. All transactions take place on the payment providers system.
What is your refund policy?
Your spiritual development is our top priority. Due to the digital download of manuals and the custom-made nature of attunements and treatments, our attunements and services are not typically eligible for refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you have the best spiritual development opportunities possible.

Attunements
Ordering attunements, what you need to know.

Do you offer in-person attunements?
Currently, we provide all our support and services remotely online via email. However, we may be offering in-person training, services, workshops and retreats in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date.
How do I receive my attunements?
All our attunements are provided remotely. This means that you can receive your attunement whenever you wish without the need of attending an in-person course or workshop.
All attunements are prepared as Chi Ball Attunements and require no appointment times.
There are no deadlines to accept the attunements, which means you can accept them when convenient. Once prepared, the attunements never lose effectiveness, so there is no rush to accept the attunements within a specific time.
Following your email request for me to prepare your attunements, I will email you with confirmation and include information on how to accept your attunement (there are also full details in your manual).

Do you offer audio attunements?
Blissful Light does not offer audio attunements. Instead, all attunements are Chi Ball Attunements, with a manual as a PDF document.
Do you offer support for attunements?
Yes, all our attunements include support for the duration of your attunement via email.
How will I receive the digital download of my manual?
You can download your manual in two ways:
1. You can download your manual directly from the order confirmation page once you have completed your order.
2. You will also receive an email with links to download your manual.
Please download your manual and save a copy, as the links are not permanent.
Do you provide certificates?
All attunements created by Blissful Light are for personal use, so certificates are not strictly a requirement; however, you can request a certificate of attunement once you have accepted each attunement for your records.
Free self attunements and attunement packages do not come with certificates.
What is a certificate of attunement?
A certificate of attunement only confirms you received your attunement from me and can pass on the attunement to others (excluding custom Potential Attunements, which you can't pass on to others). It does not in any way infer professional training, teaching ability, mastership, qualification etc.
Do you provide professional training?
All attunements created by Blissful Light are for your personal use only and are designed to support your spiritual development.
This means that if you wish to pass on, sell or teach any of the attunements created by Blissful Light; you are responsible for your professional conduct, training, legal requirements, insurance etc.
You will also be bound by the Resell and Copyright Terms.
Can I resell Blissful Lights attunements?
All attunements created by Blissful Light are intended for personal use only. This means that the attunements, manuals, training, and support focus on your personal use.
If you wish to resell any chi ball attunements created by Blissful Light, you are bound by the Resell and Copyright Terms.
Adherence to the Resell and Copyright Terms is monitored and enforced using sophisticated software to ensure compliance.
Custom Potential Attunements can't be resold or passed on and are exclusive to Blissful Light. All rights are reserved.
Energy Healing Treatments
Ordering energy healing treatments, what you need to know
Following your treatment purchase, you will receive an email confirming payment has been received and order confirmation.
Please reply to the order confirmation if you have any questions or would like to request your treatment.
I will email you once the treatment has been completed.

Do you offer an appointment time?
I do not pre-schedule treatments on a specific date or time, as this allows me to work with your energy in its natural state in divine time.
All our treatments are designed so you can go about your normal daily activities with no downtime.
Can I request an addition or change to a treatment?
No, it is not possible to request an addition or change to a treatment.
Each treatment is structured in a specific way and focuses on the spiritual development aspects of the topic.
Do you offer in-person treatments?
Currently, all our treatments are offered as distant treatments.
Gift Cards
Does my gift card expire?
No, your gift card does not have an expiry date.
Can I use my gift card more than once?
Yes, you can use your gift card more than once as long as a balance remains on your card.
Can I reload or top up my gift card?
No, it is not possible to top up or reload a gift card.
How can I check my gift cards balance?
Please email me, and I will gladly check your gift card balance.
Can I use my gift card to purchase another gift card?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
